We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in supporting our financial planning and analysis efforts, helping us make data-driven decisions.
Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making across various business units, including revenue, billing rate, pricing analysis, system audits, and cost-reduction initiatives.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis, cash flow forecasting, and budgeting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather accurate financial data and insights to support the strategic planning process.
Assist in the development and implementation of financial processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and compliance.
Provide financial analysis support for contract negotiations, project financing agreements, and other key business initiatives.
Support the finance team in ad-hoc analyses and projects as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or consulting. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting. Expertise in Excel and familiarity with financial software.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
